Job Description:
We are looking for a Radio Optimization Consultant with extensive technical and strategic experience to lead projects focused on validating and optimizing mobile networks. This role requires strong expertise in Nokia and/or Ericsson network solutions, specialization in radio access technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, NR), and advanced skills in analysis and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and adaptable to technological challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting and Strategy:
· Provide expert advice on radio access technologies and industry best practices.
· Design and implement optimization strategies for new site deployments, swaps, and capacity expansions.
· Identify areas for improvement in mobile networks and propose innovative, customized solutions.
· Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Optimization and Technical Analysis:
· Conduct advanced performance analysis and optimization of VoLTE, LTE/NR, and network capacity.
· Configure and fine-tune handover parameters, frequencies, neighbors, power, and load balancing.
· Utilize advanced tools such as Assistant, TIMS, XCAL, and OSS platforms for data monitoring and analysis.
· Validate and deploy new features and technologies in radio networks.
Quality Assurance:
· Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and project objectives.
· Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Key Competencies:
· MSc or BSc in Telecommunications Engineering.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Advanced analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
· Ability to effectively plan and organize projects.
· High-level English proficiency.
